• On a voluntary basis, it is possible to provide additional personal data and other information on your profile page that is only visible to logged-in users.

We also collect non-personalized statistics that are anonymous and cannot be used to identify named users (language preference, location).

With the personal information we collect, we can send you notification emails about your cache visits, cache publications and such. If you wish to receive notification emails of published caches, you can mark this on your profile page.

Your first and last name will be visible on your profile page to other logged in users. It is also possible to search for a user's profile by their first and/or last name under Search Users page. Your first and last name is also shown in the chart where total number of caches found are listed for each user.

The information that you voluntarily enter on your profile page (phone number, Skype account) will be shown to other logged in users and is intended to allow other users to contact you on the desired channel if necessary. Your email address is hidden from other users unless you have allowed your email address to be displayed on your profile page.

You can also enter the coordinates of your home on your profile page if you wish. This allows other users to see in which area you mainly play geocaching. Once you have entered these coordinates, the cache list shows you how far caches are from your home.

You can reset your password on Forgot the Password page, in which case a new password will be sent to the email address stored in your profile.

By agreeing with the terms of this Privacy Policy you agree to the automated processing of your data by Geopeitus NGO. You can always withdraw your consent through the website or by submitting a written request. There is no retroactive effect on the application or the withdrawal of the consent.

Geopeitus NGO retains your personal data until the data is deleted. Data that Geopeitus NGO is obliged to maintain pursuant to legislation shall be stored by Geopeitus NGO in accordance with the requirements set forth in the legislation.
